Ashcroft Furniture Co is a well known and recognized #1 Dropship and Wholesale Furniture supplier in the USA for over 25 years that specializes in designing, manufacturing and importing modern, high-quality furniture for the US market. Our focus is on attainable luxury while ensuring uncompromising construction quality and affordable Factory-direct prices.

Dropshipping is a retail strategy where businesses don't stock the products they sell. Instead, when a customer buys a product from a dropshipping retailer, the retailer purchases it directly from a third party such as a manufacturer, wholesaler, or another retailer. The third party then ships the product directly to the customer.

This process involves four simple steps: the customer places an order with the retailer, the retailer processes the order and passes it to the supplier, the supplier fulfills the order at their warehouse, and finally, the supplier ships the order directly to the customer.

At Ashcroft Furniture Co, we handle shipping to the address specified in your Purchase Order based on the chosen method. We offer free drop shipping, with the exception of palletized shipping which incurs a reasonable fee of $50 per pallet to cover materials and labor. Please note that we do not send an invoice with your order, but we do provide a Bill of Landing. 

Ashcroft Furniture Co arranges shipment to the address specified on the Purchase Order according to the chosen shipping method. Shipping fees and costs are non-refundable.

Dropshipping orders do not incur additional fees, except for palletized shipping, which includes a $50 fee per pallet to cover materials and labor. All fees are detailed on the invoice accompanying the order.

Ashcroft Furniture Co only works with businesses in the home furnishings, interior design, home staging, or property management and rental industries. 

Note that Ashcroft Furniture Co features its own branding, “Ashcroft Furniture Co,” on boxes—but not on receipts, invoices, packing slips, or labels. The end customer only gets a copy of the Bill of Landing without any pricing information.

Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once items are inspected at our warehouse, a credit or refund is issued. Items can be returned within 30 days, in original packaging and like-new condition. Return shipping is pre-paid by the customer unless the item was factory defective.
Dealers have the option to ship on their account, or Ashcroft Furniture Co's account or use a FREE pickup from our warehouse.

If on the dealer's account, they are responsible for all shipping costs and risk of loss upon delivery. Shipping on Ashcroft Furniture Co's account and risk of loss stays with us until delivery by the carrier.

Delivery dates are estimated from the Purchase Order or agreed payment terms. We make reasonable efforts to comply with specified dates, but delays are possible. If Products can't be shipped as planned, the buyer can choose to terminate the Purchase Order. Backordered items ship promptly unless canceled in writing.
A claim must be filed within 48 hours of receipt for defective, missing parts, or damaged merchandise. Ashcroft Furniture Co will repair or replace such items caused by manufacturer defect or error at no extra charge.
Signature upon receipt acknowledges that merchandise is received in full and good condition. Any damages should be noted on the bill of lading or manifest during inspection.
Online retailers advertising Ashcroft Furniture Co Products using our name or logo must adhere to the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP), which is the wholesale purchase price plus 20%. This policy ensures consistent pricing and protects the brand. Our dealers in general make 30%-60% markup depending on various factors.
We provide a one (1) year warranty on all products, covering defects and workmanship. Regular wear and tear are not covered.

Wholesale & Drop Shipping

To initiate a return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required. After inspection at our warehouse, a credit or refund will be issued. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase. Return shipping must be pre-paid unless the item was factory defective. Items must be in their original packaging and like-new condition.
A 2.5% credit card processing fee applies to returned items paid with a debit, credit, or prepaid card. Additionally, non-defective items returned incur a 25% restocking fee. Delivery charges are non-refundable, and if an order is canceled, delivery will not be refunded.
Exchanges are allowed if your order has not yet shipped. Once an order is shipped, exchanges are not permitted and fall under our 7-day return policy.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was factory defective. For non-defective returns, customers must cover the return shipping expense.
Yes, non-defective items returned within 7 days and in like-new condition will incur a 25% restocking fee. Initial shipping and handling costs will also be deducted from the credit.
Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method on file. Depending on your card issuer's policies, it may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear.
If you receive a damaged product, notify us immediately. We'll send a replacement item if available, or arrange for a repair if needed.

  2. Select the Item: Choose the product you want to purchase and add it to your cart.

  3. Shipping Address: Input your customer's shipping address. This is where the product will be delivered.

  4. Shipping Method: You have two options:

    a. Use Our Shipping: If you prefer to use our shipping services, proceed to checkout. We'll handle the shipping for you.

    b. Use Your Shipping: If you want to use your own shipping method (like FedEx), choose the "local pickup" option during checkout. Then, email us the shipping label to use for the delivery.

Normally, orders are ready to be shipped or picked up within 24 business hours. During the high season in November and December, this processing time may extend to 48 hours.
